Return & Refund Policy – Jo Hair Studio
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important:
- In-store purchases are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
- Only online purchases may qualify for a return under this policy.
To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@johairstudio.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund once it is processed.
Timeline:
All returns must be shipped back within 14 business days of receiving your order. Returns received after this window will be refused and the product returned to you at your expense.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Final Note
All refunds are subject to approval and must meet the conditions outlined in this return policy. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the return does not comply with these terms.
