Do we have Synthetic Wigs?
No, Our collection exclusively features high-quality real European hair toppers and wigs, ensuring a natural look and feel that synthetic options cannot match. We prioritize realism and craftsmanship, with quality and value hair.

What happens at a consultation?
Our personalized consultation service is designed to understand your specific desires and requirements for wigs, toppers, and hair styling. During this session, we will engage in a detailed discussion to ensure that we capture your unique style preferences and practical needs, allowing us to recommend the perfect solutions tailored just for you. Experience a bespoke approach to hair enhancement that prioritizes your individuality and satisfaction. We answer any questions you may have.

Why is there a fee for the in person consultation?
Our in-person consultation service offers a personalized experience for clients seeking the perfect wig or hair topper. During the session, clients can explore a variety of products and styles, allowing them to try on different options to determine their ideal hair type and length. A consultation fee applies, reflecting the quality of service and the opportunity to find the best fit for individual preferences as we try on wigs, toppers and use products.

Please note, the fee is then used towards your purchase of a wig or topper.

What is a half wig?
Experience the perfect blend of style and comfort with our half wig, expertly crafted to cover three-quarters of your hair while allowing your natural locks to frame your face. This innovative design enhances the length and volume of your hair, providing a fuller, more natural appearance. Ideal for those seeking versatility, our half wig seamlessly integrates with your own hair, ensuring a stunning look for any occasion.

Is a cut included with a wig or topper purchase?
Yes, we cut the wig to your needs and specifications to better suit you. This service is available within the week of purchase of the wig.
If a cut is required after the week, an additional fee will apply. 

Do you fix wigs and toppers?
Yes! We fix toppers and wigs with wear and tear.

What type of wig caps do you have in stock?
We have 3 types - Silk Top, HD Lace and Lace Top.

What are the differences between Silk Top, HD Lace and Lace Top?

What happens if the colour of wig is not available that I want?
Jo Hair Studio provides cuts, colours and perming services to better suit your wants and taste!

What happens if the length is not short or long enough?
We can provide a customization to fit the length, colour and perm if you would like!

Why don't you service wigs and toppers from external sources?
 Jo Hair Studio provides cuts, colours and services to in studio toppers and wigs only, to promote and guarantee good hair and longevity. As we cannot guarantee the external sources, our stylists and wig masters are not comfortable working with products we cannot believe in or guarantee its health and safety while in our care. 

I have a medical condition, can I get a medical receipt for my wig or topper purchase?
Yes! We provide medical receipts for your personal use.

Can I return or exchange the product after I use it?
No, as it is human hair. It is not sanitary, and all items will be final sale. This is why we measure, consult and have in person sessions for the hair piece to best find yours.
